Q. What does my child need to bring for the day?
A. Light snacks, lunch and a water bottle and appropriate clothing for the sports activities i.e: Football boots and shin pads for football or loose clothing for gymnastics,
Q. What will happen in the event of an accident?
A. We will treat the injury accordingly and contact you on the home, mobile or emergency numbers on the registration form current at the time of booking.
Q. If my child feels unwell during the day?
A. We will contact you, describe your child’s ailments and ask how you wish to proceed
Q. What happens if my child is sick?
A. We will contact you immediately and your child MUST be collected straight away
Q. What happens if my child is unable to attend on the day?
A. Staff, school premises and equipment must be paid for in advance; this is incumbent on numbers forecast on receipt of booking forms normally 1 week before each event. Children/ staff levels must comply with ratio’s set out for childcare for 4- 11 year olds; this is the basis for hiring coaches. Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances and not for children who unfortunately feel unwell on the day.
Q. What happens if my child is taking medication?
A. You will be responsible for administering medicine/ medication unless you have given express written permission and instructions to Great Sports to do so on your behalf.
